DAY 1 - Calgary to Banff
Upon arrival at the Calgary International Airport, pick up your rental car and drive to Banff in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Here you will have the remainder of your day to explore this amazing town, and check into your chosen overnight hotel.
DAY 2 - Exploring Banff
A full day to explore Banff and area. In town you'll find lots of excitement - shopping, cafes, nightlife, museums. Take a unique cruise on Lake Minnewanka, Banff National Park's largest lake followed by the Banff Gondola which will take you high above Banff townsite for an incredible panoramic view. To complete your day, take a dip in the hot mineral pools at the newly-renovated Upper Hot Springs.
DAY 3 - Banff to Jasper
Another great day in the Rockies - travel from Banff to Jasper along the amazing Icefields Parkway. You're sure to be enthralled by the scenery, wildlife, incredible blue lakes and sparkling waterfalls en route. Stop for a self-guided interpretive walk at Peyto Lake. Don't miss the Columbia Icefield Visitor Centre and a ride onto the Athabasca Glacier via Travellers World's Ice Explorer coach, before continuing your journey.
DAY 4 - Exploring Jasper
Explore Jasper, a charming mountain village close to many terrific scenic highlights. Today take a boat cruise on Maligne Lake which is sure to introduce you to some of the most beautiful scenery you've ever encountered. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure to explore this amazing alpine town.
DAY 5 - Jasper to Calgary
A morning check-out and a drive back to Calgary ends your Rocky Mountain Circle vacation.
