DAY 1 - Arrival in Calgary

Upon arrival into Calgary, check into your hotel and have the remainder of the day at your leisure. Overnight at the Calgary Marriott Hotel.

DAY 2 - Calgary Stampede

Your day starts with admission to the Calgary Stampede grounds to explore the attractions and entertainment options. This afternoon your package includes tickets to see one of the biggest rodeos in the world. Overnight at the Calgary Marriott Hotel.

DAY 3 - Calgary Stampede

Your day starts with admission to the Calgary Stampede grounds to explore the attractions and entertainment options. This evening you will take in the Chuckwagon Races followed immediately by the Grandstand Show. Overnight at the Calgary Marriott Hotel.

DAY 4 - Calgary to Lake Louise

Upon check out of your Calgary hotel, transfer via scheduled motorcoach service to Lake Louise. Travel through the foothills of the Rockies, past the mountain towns of Canmore and Banff and into Lake Louise, the 'Jewel of the Rockies'. Once you arrive the rest of the day is at your leisure.

DAY 5 - Lake Louise to Jasper Sightseeing

Today's journey takes you north along the famous Icefields Parkway, one of the most spectacular highways in North America. Your excursion through Banff and Jasper National Parks will stop at the Columbia Icefield allowing time for a Travellers World Ice Explorer. Continue on to Jasper for a two night stay.

DAY 6 - Exploring Jasper

Your introduction to Jasper will encompass some outstanding scenery including Medicine Lake and Maligne Canyon. Continue on your tour to Maligne Lake where you will take a 90 minute interpretive cruise of the lake's scenic and historical highlights. Return to Jasper to spend the remainder of your day at leisure.

DAY 7 - Jasper to Banff Sightseeing

This morning is free for you to relax and enjoy the scenery. This afternoon you will depart Jasper and travel south to Banff. Note that this is an express service.

DAY 8 - Discovering Banff

This morning's excursion takes you through the town of Banff and its environs. Visit the wonders of the Whyte Museum, then take a stroll along Lake Minnewanka prior to your final stop at Banff Gondola. Summit Sulphur Mountain in a gondola car, while taking in the stunning overview of mountains and water systems surrounding Banff. This afternoon take a cruise on Lake Minnewanka.

DAY 9 - Departing Calgary

A morning, afternoon or evening transfer to Calgary completes your Rockies & Rodeo Classic vacation.
