DAY 1 - Arrival in Toronto
Arrive into Toronto and check into your hotel to begin your vacation.
DAY 2, 3 & 4 - VIA Rail's 'Canadian' from Toronto to Jasper
This morning you will board VIA Rail's 'Canadian' for your first three nights/four days onboard. Your vacation will include the hospitality of 'Silver & Blue' class with all meals and onboard facilities.
DAY 5 - Arrival in Jasper
Today you will arrive into the resort town of Jasper after lunch onboard the train. Transfer (included) to your hotel and the rest of your day is on your own. Jasper is lined with countless souvenier shops and authentic alpine stores, which are sure to keep your busy for your stay.
DAY 6 - Exploring Jasper
Come and enjoy the beauty of the striking Maligne Valley. The tour includes a short walk around the top of Maligne Canyon, then a scenic drive up the valley past the mysterious disappearing Medicine Lake to Maligne Lake. The wildlife can include moose, caribou, bull elk, big horn sheep, wolves, coyotes and more.
DAY 7 - VIA Rail's 'Canadian' from Jasper to Vancouver
Re-board VIA Rail after noon today and continue your journey to Vancouver. Dinner and breakfast are included onboard during this overnight train experience.
DAY 8 - Arrival in Vancouver
You will arrive into Vancouver early this morning and transfer (included) to your hotel. The rest of your day is at leisure to explore this cosmopolitan city. There are countless attractions such as Stanley Park, English Bay, Vancouver Aquarium and so much more!
DAY 9 - Departing Vancouver
A morning check out ends your Canadian Winter Train Express from Toronto.
This vacation is available in reverse direction, departing from Vancouver.
